The DCMP is pleased to announce that the popular “Silent Darkness” episode of the Dr. Phil show—which highlights the experiences of the world’s only deaf-blind triplets and their family—has been added to our accessible media collection, complete with follow-up bonus footage.
Parents and anyone interested in learning about the experiences of families with children who are deaf-blind may order “Silent Darkness” for instant viewing on our website or on DVD.
The DCMP has launched its Facebook page, making it easier than ever for clients and friends to keep track of the goings-on here at the DCMP.
Please tell your friends and colleagues to check us out, and be sure to stop by often to share your thoughts on our Wall and discussion boards.
The DCMP provides training resources for new and experienced captioning vendors—the Captioning Key for Educational Media—and description vendors—the Description Key for Educational Media.
Both sets of guidelines are available from DCMP’s new “Keys to Access” section at dcmp.org/KeystoAccess.
We’ve launched an RSS feed to keep our members up-to-date with new titles as they are added to the DCMP collection.
Subscribe to the feed using your favorite RSS reader to begin receiving these convenient updates!(What is an RSS feed?)
