Forgotten or Lost Login...

Links are available on the login page to help you retrieve your information, should you forget.  Just follow the instructions on the screen.  You will need to know the answer to your security question to have your login information e-mailed to you.  If the application finds more than one account with your e-mail address, it will mail the login information for each account to you.

No Reply To Application...

If a business day has elapsed without your receiving a response to your application for Level 2 membership, please hmtoggle_arrow1 contact DCMP directly.  The application's e-mail to DCMP staff may have failed, or perhaps the staff member's e-mail response to you has failed.  Whatever the cause, staff will be eager to resolve the issues and help you begin to use the media items as quickly as possible.
